Space Allocation/Rental Agreement


(1)

Agencies occupying Department-owned office quarters shall sign and comply with the Department’s Space Assignment/Rental Agreement.

(2)

The Division may charge and collect from any agency violating the terms of such Agreement, the cost of correcting the damages resulting from the agency’s violations.
