Cancellation of Promotions: The Director may cancel or postpone any promotion at any time in the exercise of the Director’s sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

(2)

Conflicting Provisions: In the event of a conflict between the Lottery’s rules in division 51 and the terms and conditions of any promotion, these rules control.
