Offenders Found Guilty Except for Insanity

The rules of the Criminal Justice Commission shall not apply to any offender found guilty except for insanity pursuant to ORS 161.295 (Effect of qualifying mental disorder). The disposition of such an offender shall be as provided by the provisions of ORS 161.295 (Effect of qualifying mental disorder) to 161.400 (Leave of absence).
