Reporting of Sanctions for Compact Cases/Role of the Oregon Interstate Compact Office

(1)

Whenever administrative sanctions are imposed, conditions of supervision are modified, or custody is imposed for a significant violation as defined by the compact rules, the sending state may be notified utilizing the compact violation report form. A completed Sanction Reporting form and Notice of Rights notification may be included with the compact violation report form.

(2)

Notification shall be sent within 30 days of the violation to the Oregon Interstate Compact office utilizing the Interstate Compact Offender Tracking System.
