Reporting of Sanctions for Short-Term Transitional Leave Cases/Role of the Department of Corrections Community Corrections Division Office

(1)

Whenever jail sanctions are imposed, a completed Short-Term Transitional Leave Violation Report form and Notice of Rights will be submitted to the Assistant Director of Community Corrections or designee.

(2)

Notification shall be sent electronically during the same working day in which the sanction is imposed.

(3)

The Assistant Director of Community Corrections or designee shall have the override authority of other releasing authorities and may override the given sanction at any time without time limitations.
