Definitions

(1)

Local State Director: A person within the Department of Corrections who reports to the Assistant Director of Community Corrections and has responsibility for managing a state community corrections office within a particular county.

(2)

Offender: Any person under the supervision of the Department of Corrections or a local community corrections office who is on parole, probation or post-prison supervision status.

(3)

Parole and Probation Officer: An employee of the Department of Corrections as defined in ORS 181A.355 (Definitions for ORS 181A.355 to 181A.670)(13).
