(1)

The hearings officers and adjudicators shall report all disciplinary actions which involve security threat related activity to the STM lieutenant to assist in tracking security threat group activity, trends, etc.

(2)

Any inmate found in violation of a rule(s) of prohibited inmate conduct which involved security threat activity may be subject to a review from the STM Unit.
