Returned, Overdue, Lost, and Damaged Library Materials

(1)

Inmates who lose, damage or fail to return library materials may receive a misconduct report, be charged for the costs of the materials, and may sustain modified library privileges.

(2)

Damage to or defects in library materials will be noted (on the library material) before it is re-issued.
