Applicability

OAR 333-535-0000 (Applicability) through 333-535-0015 (Physical Environment) shall apply to all hospitals not licensed or for which plans have not been approved on the effective date of these rules for major alterations and new construction. Major alteration has the meaning given that term in OAR 333-500-0010 (Definitions).
