When Plans Are Not Submitted as Required

When a project is implemented that required prior submission of plans in accordance with OAR 333-675-0000 (Submission of Project Plans and Specifications for Review), but such plans were not submitted, Facilities Planning and Safety will, upon learning of the project, require submission of plans and the applicable review fee, and initiate onsite inspection of any completed construction in cooperation with the applicable licensure program staff, or Office of the State Fire Marshal. When a project area has been occupied without a plans approval or a final inspection, the applicable licensure and certification program will also be notified.
