Procedures for Renewing Custom Waiver Permits or GEMS Permits

Upon receipt of an application for renewal of the Custom Waiver Permit or GEMS Permit, the agency shall verify that the permittee continues to meet the criteria for approval of the Custom Waiver Permit or GEMS Permit, and evaluate whether the waivers should be continued. The agency shall provide public notice of the renewal application and proposed changes in the Custom Waiver Permit or GEMS Permit, in accordance with the procedures described in OAR 340-014-0145 (Procedures for Issuing Custom Waiver Permits or GEMS Permits)(6).
