OAR 340-081-0100
Rejection of Applications

The Department may reject any loan application if:

The security proposed is judged to be inadequate to protect the state’s interest, or the project does not appear to be conservatively self-supporting and self-liquidating from revenues, gifts, grants from the federal government, user charges, assessments, and other fees;

The project does not comply with the requirements of ORS Chapters 454 and 468 and rules adopted by the Environmental Quality Commission pursuant to these chapters.

Any action by the Department to deny an application may be appealed to the Environmental Quality Commission.
