Definitions

In this division, the following definitions apply:

(1)

The term “operation of the nuclear power facility” includes its normal operation and the accumulation and storage of wastes generated thereby.

(2)

The term “nuclear power facility” means a nuclear-fueled thermal power plant or a nuclear power plant as defined in ORS 469.300 (Definitions) and their related or supporting facilities.
