Eligibility for Brokerage and Support Services


(1)

Individuals determined eligible for brokerage and support services may not be denied or otherwise discriminated against on the basis of age, diagnostic or disability category, race, color, creed, national origin, citizenship, income, or duration of Oregon residence.

(2)

ELIGIBILITY. In order to be eligible for brokerage and support services, an individual must:

(a)

Be an adult;

(b)

Be an Oregon resident who meets the citizenship and alien status requirements of OAR 461-120-0110 (Citizenship and Alien Status Requirements);

(c)

Be determined eligible for developmental disabilities services by the CDDP of the county of origin as described in OAR 411-320-0080 (Application and Eligibility Determination); and

(d)

Reside in their own or family home.
