Monitoring/Auditing


(1)

Employers must maintain payroll and employment records which reflect the total hours worked by all employees for the current calendar year plus three prior calendar years.

(2)

Pursuant to ORS 656.726 (Duties and powers to carry out workers’ compensation and occupational safety laws), the director may inspect the books, records and payrolls of employers pertinent to the administration of these rules. Employers must provide the director with all pertinent books, records and payrolls upon request.
