Trust Company Financial Statements

All companies doing trust business in Oregon must file with the Director annual financial statements prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

The financial statements must be reviewed by an independent accountant. If the company for its own business purposes has audited financial statements prepared, a copy of the audited financial statements may be filed.

The financial statements must be filed no later than 120 days after the end of the company’s fiscal year.

A depository institution doing trust business in Oregon is not required to file financial statements for its trust business separate from its annual financial statements filed with the director.
