OAR 461-105-0410
Client Requirement to Cooperate in Quality Control Review; ERDC, SNAP, REF, REFM, and TANF

(1)

In the ERDC, SNAP, REF, REFM, and TANF programs, clients are required to cooperate in the Department’s quality control review process.

(2)

In the ERDC, REF, REFM, and TANF programs, a client who refuses to cooperate is ineligible for the program in which the review takes place until the client cooperates.

(3)

In the SNAP program, if a client refuses to cooperate, the client’s filing group (see OAR 461-110-0370 (Filing Group; SNAP)) is ineligible for the program. The client may choose to cooperate at any time. If the SNAP benefits have not already closed, the filing group does not need to reapply. The filing group, upon filing a new application, may again be found eligible only in accordance with federal Food Stamp regulations in 7 CFR 273.2(d)(2).
