Application Process

(1) Students shall complete and submit an Oregon Office of Student Access and Completion Scholarship Application by March 1 prior to the academic year they are enrolling. The deadline is 5:00 pm (PST or PDT). If a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, it will automatically be extended to 5:00 pm (PST or PDT) on the following business day.
(2) Students shall complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA) for each academic year.
