Administration

(1)

The Commission shall be responsible for the administration of this program.

(2)

The Commission shall be responsible for making such rules as are required for the administration of the program.

(3)

The Commission, in consultation with the Office of Rural Health, shall develop criteria to select program participants from the pool of eligible applicants.

(4)

The Commission will utilize criteria adopted by the Oregon Office of Rural Health to determine the Oregon communities, which are participating ‘qualifying practice sites’ for the purposes of this program; to determine medically underserved communities and for compliance with federal public Law 95-210, establishing rural health clinics.
