Rural Health Services Fund

There is established in the State Treasury a fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund, to be known as the Rural Health Services Fund, for investments as provided by ORS 293.701 (Definitions for ORS 293.701 to 293.857) to 293.776 (Examination and audit of investment program) and 293.820, for the payment of expenses of the Commission in carrying out the purposes of ORS 316.143 to 316.144, 317.142, 352.095, 442.470 (Definitions for ORS 442.470 to 442.507), 442.503 (Eligibility for economic development grants) and 442.550 to 442.570 (Primary Care Services Fund). Interest earned by the account shall be credited to the account.
