Administration

(1)

The Commission shall be responsible for the administration of this program.

(2)

The Commission shall be responsible for making such rules as are required for the administration of the program.

(3)

The Commission shall establish in the State Treasury the Nursing Faculty Loan Repayment Fund, separate and distinct from the General Fund. SB 701

(4)

The Commission may charge an annual administrative charge for servicing the Program.

(5)

The Commission, in consultation with the Oregon State Board of Nursing and the Oregon Center for Nursing, shall develop criteria to select program participants from the pool of eligible applicants.
