Final Decision of District Boundary Board

(1)

The boundary board shall make, by resolution, the final decision on the proposed boundary change or merger.

(2)

Within three days of the final decision, the boundary board shall serve a copy of the resolution of final decision personally or by certified mail upon the affected school districts, each district boundary board with jurisdiction over an affected district, and the petitioners or their designated agent.
