Limitations on use of subminimum wage activities

(1)

A youth with a disability shall receive documentation that they have completed requirements prior to beginning subminimum wage employment.
(2) Anyone currently employed at subminimum wage shall receive documentation of receipt of limitation of subminimum wage services to remain in that employment.
