Application Procedures for STO Moneys

(1)

The Division will inform each STF Agency of the amount of STO moneys for which they are eligible.

(2)

To apply for STO moneys, the STF Agency will submit a completed application on forms supplied by the Division.

(3)

The information required in the application will be sufficient to ensure that the requirements of these rules are met.

(4)

An authorized official of the STF Agency will sign the application.
