Notice of Proposed Rule

Prior to the adoption, amendment or repeal of any administrative rule, the Board shall give notice of its intended action:

(1)

In the Secretary of State’s bulletin referred to in ORS 183.360 (Publication of rules and orders) at least 21 days prior to the effective date;

(2)

By mailing, and delivering by electronic mail, a copy of the notice to persons on the Board’s mailing list established pursuant to ORS 183.335 (Notice)(7) at least 28 days prior to the effective date; and

(3)

Delivered only by electronic mail, at least 49 days before the effective date, to the persons specified in subsection (15) of ORS 183.335 (Notice).
