Procedure in Disciplinary Proceedings

All proceedings relating to the refusal to grant, suspension, or revocation of a license to practice Chiropractic or for the reissuance or reinstatement of a license which has been suspended or revoked or for the disciplining of licensing in any manner shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Rules of Administrative Procedure which are filed with the Secretary of State in accordance with the Chiropractic Act of the State of Oregon (OAR 811-001-0005 (Model Rules of Procedure)).
