Definitions

All terms used in this Division shall have the meanings assigned under ORS 679.010 (Definitions) except that:

(1)

“Limited Access Patient” means a patient who is unable to receive regular dental hygiene treatment in a dental office.

(2)

“Long-Term Care Facility” shall have the same definition as that established under ORS 442.015 (Definitions)(14)(b).
