Civil Penalties for Violations of ORS 92.040 to 92.080, 209.250, and County Ordinances

Pursuant to ORS 209.250 (Survey by registered land surveyor)(11), the Board may impose civil penalties against a registrant for any violation of ORS 92.040 (Application for approval of subdivision or partition) to 92.080 (Preparation of plat), 209.250 (Survey by registered land surveyor)(1) to (9), or of any county ordinance that establishes standards or plats, in an amount not to exceed $1,000 per offense.
