Fees/Penalties
(1)
Fees must be paid at, or mailed to, the State Fire Marshal and must accompany the appropriate application.(2)
Payment may be made by personal check, business check, cashier’s check or money order made payable to the State Fire Marshal. If the fee is paid by either personal or business check, the State Fire Marshal will not take any action on the application until the check has cleared the bank.(3)
Fees for the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Program are located in Oregon Revised Statutes as follows:(a)
Examination Fees — ORS 480.434 (Examination of applicants for licenses) Examination of applicants for licenses; issuance of license. Examination fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.(b)
