Wholesale-Retail Relations; Prohibited Conduct

(1)

No manufacturer or wholesaler may buy food, beverages or anything of value on a retailer licensee’s premises for customers who are not his/her personal acquaintances.

(2)

No manufacturer or wholesaler may provide or offer assistance through a group of trade association of breweries, wineries, distilleries or wholesalers to a person to obtain a retail license.
