Procedure for Board Referrals and Public Discipline

(1)

The Board will review the report of the Investigator to determine if the licensee will be referred to the HPSP program or receive public discipline.

(2)

A Board-referred licensee is enrolled in the program effective on the date the Board approves entry into the program.

(3)

Upon final enrollment into the program, the vendor will notify the Board and the Board ends the ICO. The Board will dismiss, without prejudice, the complaint at the next Board meeting.
