Branch Office Registration


Before a real estate property manager may engage in the management of rental real estate from a branch office, the real estate property manager must provide to the Commissioner an online application available through the Agency’s website the branch office street and mailing addresses and the fee authorized by ORS 696.270 (Fees).


For the purposes of ORS 696.270 (Fees), a branch office registration does not require renewal.
