Reasonable Notice to Interested Parties

(1)

There is created an interested parties mailing list, maintained by the division, to receive notices of properties placed on the “Unfit for Use” list.

(2)

Before the adoption, amendment or repeal of this rule, notice will be given to the persons on the interested parties list established according to OAR 918-001-0210 (Division Mailing Lists).
