Fees for Electrical Plan Reviews Performed by Building Codes Division

(1)

For electrical plan reviews performed on structures meeting the installation requirements of OAR 918-311-0040 (Electrical Plan Review for Complex Structures) and that are in jurisdictions where the Building Codes Division administers and enforces the electrical program, the plan review fee shall be an amount equal to 25 percent of the electrical permit fee(s).

These fees do not apply to prefabricated structures, which are addressed in OAR 918-311-0060 (Electrical Plan Review for Prefabricated Structures), or to electrified fixed guideway railway system installations, which are addressed in 918-305-0500 (Standards for Electrical Plan Submissions).
