Amendments to the Oregon Reach Code

After consultation with the appropriate advisory board(s), the most recent version of the Oregon Reach Code will be made available on the division’s website and distributed to interested parties. The Oregon Reach Code will include an effective date, and will be available for use pursuant to OAR 918-465-0020 (Scope) until a newer version of the Oregon Reach Code replaces it, indicated by a more recent effective date.
