Abatement of Earthquake Damaged Structures

All structures or portions of structures which as a result of earthquake are determined by the division or delegated authority to be in unsafe conditions as defined in ORS 455.010 (Definitions for ORS chapter 455) are declared to be public nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabilitation, demolition or removal in accordance with 455.449 (Unsafe condition resulting from earthquake damage).
