Appeals

(1)

Appeals from a decision of a person acting under authority of the division shall be heard as a contested case under the provisions of ORS 183.413 (Notice to parties before hearing of rights and procedure) through 183.464 (Proposed order by hearing officer).

(2)

Appeals from an order of an authority having jurisdiction shall be heard by the local appeals board and any appeal from a decision of a local appeals board shall proceed under the provisions of ORS 455.690 (Appeal to advisory boards).
