As used in ORS 267.510 (Definitions for ORS 267) to 267.650 (Finance elections):

(1)

“District” means a transportation district established under ORS 267.510 (Definitions for ORS 267) to 267.650 (Finance elections).

(2)

“System” means the equipment, facilities and other property constructed, erected or acquired by the district and to be used in the transport of passengers. [1974 c.9 §1]
