(1)

Not more than 30 days nor less than 10 days prior to the expiration of the period of redemption of any real property ordered sold to the county under a judgment under ORS 312.100 (Order for sale of properties to county), the tax collector shall publish a general notice relative to the expiration of the period of redemption.

(2)

The notice shall contain the date of the judgment, the date of expiration of the period of redemption, and warning to the effect that all the properties ordered sold under the judgment, unless sooner redeemed, will be deeded to the county immediately on expiration of the period of redemption and that every right or interest of any person in the properties will be forfeited forever to the county.
