Criminal penalties

Violation of any provision of ORS 345.020 (Duty and powers of Higher Education Coordinating Commission), 345.030 (License requirements), 345.070 (Registered agent identification credential), 345.115 (Refund schedule) or 345.325 (Minimum standards) is a Class B misdemeanor.
