Annotations

The board of directors of the urban flood safety and water quality district may finance the construction, operation or maintenance of district works by the following means:

(1)

Assessments made under ORS 550.310 (Assessments against benefited lands for district works) against the benefited lands in the district, with or without the issuance of works bonds.

(2)

Service and user charges imposed under ORS 550.330 (Service and user charges for district works), with or without the issuance of revenue bonds.

(3)

Issuance of general obligation bonds under ORS 550.340 (General obligation bonds).

(4)

Any combination of the means described in this section. [2019 c.621 §16]
