Dog License Fund

All funds derived under ORS 433.340 (Definitions for ORS 433) to 433.385 (Impoundment of animals) and 609.035 (Definitions for ORS 609) to 609.110 (Dog License Fund) shall be turned over to the county treasurer, who shall keep them in a fund to be known as the Dog License Fund, to be expended as provided for by law. At the end of a fiscal year any amount of money in the fund determined by the county governing body to be in excess of the requirements of the Dog License Fund may be placed in the general fund of the county.
