Procedure for review of claims

Except as otherwise provided by rule of the Oregon Department of Administrative Services, an adult in custody or the beneficiary of the adult in custody may obtain review of action taken on the claim as provided in ORS 656.283 (Hearing rights and procedure) to 656.304 (When acceptance of compensation precludes hearing).
