ORS 688.201
Disposition of receipts
(1)
All moneys received under ORS 688.010 (Definitions for ORS 688.010 to 688.201) to 688.201 (Disposition of receipts) shall be paid into an account established by the Oregon Board of Physical Therapy under ORS 182.470 (Accounts for and investment of moneys collected or received by semi-independent state agencies). The board may establish an additional account under ORS 182.470 (Accounts for and investment of moneys collected or received by semi-independent state agencies) for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state’s participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under ORS 688.240 (Physical Therapy Licensure Compact).(2)
The moneys paid into the accounts established by the board under ORS 182.470 (Accounts for and investment of moneys collected or received by semi-independent state agencies) are continuously appropriated to the board and may be used only for the administration and enforcement of ORS 676.850 (Authority of regulatory boards to require cultural competency continuing education), 676.860 (Suicide risk assessment, treatment and management continuing education for physical health care providers) and 688.010 (Definitions for ORS 688.010 to 688.201) to 688.201 (Disposition of receipts) and for the purpose of meeting financial obligations imposed on the State of Oregon as a result of this state’s participation in the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact established under ORS 688.240 (Physical Therapy Licensure Compact).
