If a person entitled to notice of the order files a timely demand for a hearing, the director shall hold a hearing on the order as provided by ORS chapter 183. In the absence of a timely demand for a hearing, a person is not entitled to judicial review of the order.
After the hearing, the director shall enter a final order vacating, modifying or affirming the order.
The director may enter a final order revoking a license notwithstanding the fact that the license has expired, if the initial order of revocation was issued before the license or registration expired. [Formerly 59.905]
