For all required public notices or advertisements related to source selection methods, the Department may publish the notice or advertisement on the Department of Administrative Services Electronic Procurement System instead of publishing notice in a newspaper of general circulation as described in ORS 279B.055 (Competitive sealed bidding)(4)(b).
