Application Requirements


(1)

A municipality may submit an application to the Authority after consulting with the Authority on a preliminary determination of eligibility and following the Authoritys procedures.

(2)

The application must be in the form provided by the Authority and must contain or be accompanied by such information and documentation as the Authority may require. The Authority may assist municipalities in understanding program requirements and in completing applications. The Authority will process only completed applications.
