Access to Records

Board public records are available for inspection by any party at the Board office during regular business hours.

(1)

Any person wishing to obtain copies of specific public records may request these records from the Administrator’s designated staff. Copies of these records will be supplied upon payment of the cost of copying, handling and postage, set by rule of the Board.

(2)

Access to and disclosure of public records is subject to ORS 192.410 to 192.505.

(3)

Personal inspection of public records must be arranged by appointment with the Administrator’s designated staff.
