Requests to Inspect or Obtain Copies of Public Records


A request to inspect or obtain copies of a public record or information from public records shall be made in writing and shall include:

(1)

The name of the requester;

(2)

Identification of the specific public record being requested, and the type and format of needed public record information, if known to the requester; and

(3)

The number of copies requested, if applicable.
