Program Administration Fees and Expenses


The Board will charge each IRA a Program administrative fee not to exceed the rate of 1.05% per annum, to defray the costs of operating the Program, including internal and external administration, and operational and investment costs, including for professional investment management services.


The Board will from time to time review, adjust, and notify Participating Employees and Participating Individuals of changes to Program Administration fees.
